Our international team of chefs will tantalize your taste buds with delicious and memorable entrées, such as the Basil and Pistachio Crusted Sea Bass from our creative à la carte menu, or choose from our varied daily features personally recommended by our chef.
Wine Selection
Our sommeliers will assist you in selecting the perfect vintage to pair with any entrée from our infamous underground wine cellar. The Wharf boasts the only underground wine cellar in Grand Cayman and has been globally recognized by Wine Spectator since 2004. With over 1,000 wines, including some of the rarest in the world, our selection is unparalleled.
Unique Features
Unlike other Cayman restaurants, The Wharf entertains guests with nightly feeding of the resident tarpons. These 50-pound-plus fish swim by your tables from around 6 PM, eagerly awaiting their feeding times at 7 PM and 9 PM. Watch as they put on a show that will captivate the inner child in you.
